The claim of the petitioner in respect of GPF, Group Insurance, arrears of salary, benefits of 6th pay revision recommendation and ACP raised in respect of her deceased husband under representation dated 29.2015 has not been disposed of. The claim pertains to certain periods while the

Since the claim has to be considered on the basis of records available in the department and the same is pending consideration before the Deputy Director, keeping the writ petition pending will serve no useful purpose. Let the respondent Deputy Director take a final decision on the petitioner's claim dated 2.9.2015 (Annexure 7 to the writ petition) by a reasoned and speaking order and such decision be communicated to the petitioner within a period of three months weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
