BAJANTHRI) 08-07-2022 The appellants have assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 22.01.2019 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 24216 of 2018.

The present appeal is presented after delay of 359 days for which I.A. No. 01 of 2020 has been filed. Learned counsel for the appellants on instruction submitted that against identical order, LPA preferred by the State in LPA No. 637 of 2019. This Court has dismissed the LPA

Patna High Court L.P.A No.147 of 2020(2) dt.08-07-2022 2/2 while affirming the order of learned Single Judge. Therefore, the present appeal does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, such submission is taken on record and the present LPA stands dismissed.
