The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged by the informant in the written report that marriage of his daughter was solemnized with the petitioner in the year 2015. Due to non-fulfillment husband and inlaws used to torture her and ultimately in the night on 01.10.2017 she was killed and they also concealed her dead body.. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16064 of 2018 (3) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 of suspicion. Actually deceased had died due to heart ailment and it was within the knowledge of the informant and was present at the time of treatment as well as funeral. Petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Second (Western), Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S.
