1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2022 dated 03.12.2022 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 304B, 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel Mr. Md. Helal Ahmad appearing for the petitioner are that the petitioner is a young lady and she has been languishing in jail since 07.12.2022 and against her, investigation has been completed and she is not a family member of the deceased's husband. Further submissions are that in the FIR, there is no any specific or serious allegation against this petitioner and she has been dragged in this case merely on the basis of suspicion and one named co-accused Matiur Rahman @ Matiur has been granted bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13289 of 2023(3) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16647 of 2023.

Learned APP Mr. Navin Kumar Pandey appearing for the State as well as learned counsel Mr. Ajit Kumar Singh appearing for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that on the neck of the deceased scratch marks of nail were found which shows that a female also indulged in killing of the deceased and as per allegation, the victim was strangulated to death and there is serious allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as above submissions and mainly the facts that the petitioner is a young lady and she is not a family member of the husband of the deceased and she has been languishing in jail since 07.12.2022, this Court is inclined to accept her prayer for bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2022.
