JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in K. Nagar (Srinagar) PS Case No. 504 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 325, 147 and 149 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that due to quarrel in between the children of both sides the accused persons are said to have come and assaulted the informant's side.

It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner No. 1 is that he gave single sword blow on the neck of the informant's husband but that injury is only 2' skin deep, rather he has sustained injury otherwise and there is no allegation of repetition. There is no specific allegation against petitioner No. 2. Besides this case the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Govind Mukhiya alias Gobind Mukhiya and Dilip Mukhiya are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) by both of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Purnea in connection with K. Nagar (Srinagar) PS Case No. 504 of 2017. , (Arun Kumar, J.) Snkumar/- U T
