ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Katihar Muffasil P.S. case No.64 of 2014 registered under Sections 386, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar. Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner and has criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
