2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 137 of 2023 lodged on 04.05.2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 120(B), 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code
3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against seven named accused persons including the present petitioner. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he attacked on the head of the informant's daughter-in-law which resulted into her death.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12803 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that the scuffling took place from both the sides due to which informant's daughter-in-law injured and subsequently, on the basis of false allegation, the present case has been lodged. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.10.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there is a specific allegation against the present petitioner in the FIR.
6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U T
