The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Chitragrupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 526 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under 147, 148, 149, 323, 337 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. This is an application seeking modification about numbers of pending criminal cases against the petitioner including the cases from which he has been acquitted, but in view of inadequate details of such cases, there appears no reason to make any modification in composite order dated 25th August, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 10448 of 2014 and 20543 of 2014.

Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner is hereby refused with a direction to surrender before the court below within fortnight seeking regular bail.
