The Petitioner seeks bail Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 270 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the driver of the vehicle and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since, 16.11.2016, and has got no criminal antecedent. One of the coaccused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 18.04.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 10839 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25871 of 2017 (2) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubJudgeXIV cum A.C.J.M.

Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 270 of 2016.
