1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed for direction to the respondent to make the appointment of the petitioner on the basis of compassionate appointment in the department of Health by setting aside the order rejecting claim of petitioner by Compassionate Appointing Committee of the petitioner to be appointed on the basis of compensate by the compassionate appointment committee where the name of the petitioner finds at Sl. No.- 14 has been rejected on the basis of time barred."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.3814 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
