ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In this modification application the petitioner prays for extension of time to surrender before the court below granted vide order dated 25.6.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No.25890 of 2014 by this Court whereby the petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within two weeks.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he had been unwell and advised for complete bed rest and on account of such illness he could not surrender before the court below within the aforesaid time.

Considering the aforementioned submission and also considering the prescription attached herein the time granted earlier to surrender before the court below is extended for a period

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1201 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 of two weeks from today, failing which the order will not be modified further.
