====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 542 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation against petitioner No. 1 and the fact that the marriage was solemnized in the year 2013 and, thereafter, the deceased has been killed in her matrimonial place, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of petitioner No. 1 (Sripati Devi) is rejected.

However, petitioner No. 2 is the sister-in-law (Nand),

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24689 of 2021(2) dt.21-12-2021 2/2 her prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed considering her relationship.

Accordingly, let the petitioner No. 2 above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.IV, Sikarhana at Dhaka at Motihari, East Champaran / concerned Court, in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 542/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
