Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.477 of 2017, registered under Sections 379, 411 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2017 and she-buffalo of the informant had grazed the maize field of the petitioner, therefore, the petitioner was taking away the she-buffalo to Argara and police has submitted charge-sheet in the matter. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Md. Rustam is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
