The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jhanjharpur C.R. Case No. 1134 of 2012, corresponding to T.R. No. 2295 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is the husband, his wife filed complaint petition after more than five years of her marriage making allegation of demand of dowry and torture. It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife.

Considering the facts aforesaid, The petitioner, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1943 of 2015 (2) dt.16-01-2015 event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged provisionally on bail for two months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Jhanjharpur C.R. Case No. 1134 of 2012, corresponding to T.R. No. 2295 of 2012, and the court below shall take all efforts for reconciliation, if the dispute is resolve the court below shall confirm the provisional bail and if the dispute does not resolved the court below shall pass order in accordance with law on its own merit.
