The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No.265 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20/22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3.

The recovery is of 22 kgs of ganja from the house of one Rakesh Kumar Choudhary. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2023. 4.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and has clean antecedent, this application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18305 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas, in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No.265 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark her presence in Natwar Police Station, District- Rohtas on first and third Sunday of every month.
