Shahzad Anwer, A.S.O., MJC Pending Section and Mr. Krishna Chandra Jha, In-charge, MJC Pending Section. In both the show causes the blunder made by placing before this Court a matter which has stood rejected on 21.7.2015 itself due to noncompliance of this Court's order dated 7.7.2015 has been accepted and apology has been sought.

This Court is noticing the increasing frequency with which mistakes, generally of serious nature, are being committed by the Staff of the Registry and had earlier also in an order directed the Registrar General to maintain a Register with respect to such Officer and Staff so that, in case, it is found that someone among them has not just committed a solitary mistake but is prone to make such type of mistake, then appropriate action may be taken against them.

While accepting the apologies of the A.S.O. and

Patna High Court MJC No.2342 of 2016 (3) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 the In-charge, it is directed that the Registrar General should make a note of their serious blunder in the present matter in the Register being maintained by him so as to take action, if required, as directed earlier.
