JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 27-02-2023 Prima facie, the present petition is not maintainable. The petitioner has a remedy of filing M.J.C. in not giving effect to the order dated 02.02.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20128 of 2021. Even though, this Court set aside the work order allotted to the petitioner in the aforementioned judgment, however, he has been allowed to continue with the work order as a temporary measure till 28.02.2023 as is evident from the records. Such arrangements could be continued till fresh tender

Patna High Court CWJC No.3228 of 2023(2) dt.27-02-2023 2/2 process is completed and the work order is allotted to the successful bidder. In this regard, the official respondents Nos. 3 and 4 are hereby directed to take note of the observations made by this Court and proceed to complete the fresh tender process at the earliest.

With the above observations, present writ petition stands disposed of.
