JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Murliganj P.S.Case No. 120 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that FIR named accused persons had kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage or to kill her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that girl returned back and in her statement she did not name this petitioner rather named three other persons even name of this petitioner was inserted in the list of accused in the FIR raising suspicion and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pawan Ram, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7937 of 2018 (3) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 120 of 2017.
