This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.488 of 2021, registered for offences punishable under Sections 366/ 34 of the IPC. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned court of C.J.M, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.488 of 2021 within a period of six weeks from today and apply for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to consider and dispose off the bail petition,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13941 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day. It is directed accordingly.

It is needless to state that the learned Trial Court shall consider the case of the petitioner, for grant of regular bail on its own merits, without being prejudiced by the withdrawal of the present petition by the petitioner.

The petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
