ABP No.1254 of 2014 filed by the petitioner in Court of learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga was dismissed on 15.12.2014.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Prima facie, this Court finds that the name of the petitioner did not figure in the F.I.R. Further, the petitioner is the son of the maternal uncle of the deceased.

Today itself, this Court granted bail to the accused who were not named in the F.I.R.

Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1108 of 2015 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 is allowed. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Town P.S.
