The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karahgar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) and 35 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of seizure list, it is evident that the alleged recovery has been made near the government school. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23793 of 2021(2) dt.03-02-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-II-cum-Spl. Judge (Excise), Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Karahgar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
