JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bela PS Case No. 145 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that all the accused persons committed dowry death to the informant's daughter and disposed of the dead body.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is younger brother of the husband, only 17 years of age, and fatherin-law has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 34315 of 2017.

Having considered the said facts, circumstances and also in particular age of the petitioner, the petitioner, namely, Indrajit Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Sitamarhi in connection with Bela PS Case No. 145 of 2016.
