The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No.154 of 2017, a case under Sections 406/420/379/413 of the Indian Penal Code.

On 09.09.2017 someone exchanged the ATM card of the informant at the ATM booth. On 05.10.2017, the F.I.R. was lodged with allegation that the petitioner had, in fact, exchanged the same. The petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2017. Considering the delayed disclosure of name of the petitioner and statement of the petitioner on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3571 of 2018 (2) dt.18-01-2018 P2/ Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
