2. Through this writ petition , petitioner seeks transfer to any other school situated in Riga Block of Sitamarhi District from the Upgraded Middle School, Bandar Bhangua Circle, Chandramandhi, District-Jamui.

3 . At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner requests to dispose of this writ application granting liberty to file fresh representation before concerned competent authority i. e,. Principal Secretary Education Department , Government of Bihar , Patna with all the necessary documents in her support.

4. If such representation is filed by the petitioner within six weeks from today, learned concerned authority i. e,. Principal Secretary Education Department , Government of Bihar , Patna is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation . 5 . This writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
