Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 354(B), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2017 having allegation that he attempted to commit rape against the informant.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or after three months of passsing of this order whichever is earlier, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8749 of 2018 (2) dt.15-02-2018 pending in connection with Special Case No.82 of 2017 arising out of Sigori Police Station Case No.44 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
