Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B, 328,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she is separate from the deceased in mess and property. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner and husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of
