2. Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 9.8.2024.

3. Trial court's report dated 17.7.2025 reflects that one prosecution witness is yet to be examined in the case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.9.2023 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.
