JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Although this matter has been listed for the defects pointed out by the office but perusal of the writ petition manifests that the relief is directed against respondent no. 8 who is a private limited company running ambulance services.

Patna High Court CWJC No.817 of 2015 (3) dt.19-01-2015 In these circumstances where the writ against a private individual is not maintainable, it would be an unnecessary burden on the petitioners to require them to pay additional court fees to get such adjudication.

However, in the nature of relief prayed in the writ petition, this Court would dispose of this writ petition granting liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to such other remedy as may be available to them in law by filing an appropriate application before an appropriate forum.
