The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No.46 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of the fardbeyan of the informant Niraj Kumar Dhiraj, the present case was lodged against three unknown. In course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No.173 of 2019, in which the police got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner, showing his involvement in the present case. The petitioner has

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No.46 of 2019. Out of the two sureties, one must be either parents or the close relative of the petitioner.
