Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. One Shakuntala Devi confessed before the police that she had purchased the stolen mobile from this petitioner. That much is the evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18043 of 2018 (2) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Rail Police Station Bihpur Case No. 10 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
