A decision, dated 22.11.2016 has been annexed with the show-cause of the Bihar School Examination Board. It is left open to the petitioner to assail that order, if they so want, that is with regard to the cancellation of the recognition. In addition to that the Bihar School Examination Board has already taken care of, of the interest of the students of the

Patna High Court MJC No.4017 of 2016 dt.21-12-2016 2/2 college by allowing them with what is known as R.N.B.S. Senior Secondary School, Narepur, Bagaha, West Champaran for the purposes of participation in the examination. In view of the steps taken as well as the decision, there is nothing left to be decided in the contempt application. Contempt application stands dismissed.
