JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 28-03-2019 The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to include her name in the mapping register for her to be considered for appointment on the post of Anganbari Sevika or Sahayika.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in a most pernicious manner, despite the name of the husband of the petitioner and her other family members having been included in the mapping register, the name of the petitioner does not find mention in the mapping register.

3. A complaint was made by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj (respondent No.

3) with a prayer to include her name also. The District Programme Officer, Gopalganj (respondent No. 3) appears to have sought necessary information from the Child Development Project Officer, Vijaipur (respondent No. 4) for taking appropriate action in the matter. However, till date, the Child Development Project Officer, Vijaipur (respondent No. 4) has not submitted any report with respect to the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner.

4. It has been specifically averred in the writ petition that the names of other family members of the petitioner are listed at serial Nos. 140, 146 and 164 in the in the voter list.

5. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh complaint/representation before the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj (respondent No. 3) within a period of two weeks from today.

6. On receipt of such complaint/representation,

3) shall verify the facts and ensure that Child Development Project Officer, Vijaipur (respondent No. 4) sends necessary information and thereafter, pass orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.

7. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
