====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 67(A) of the Information Technology Act.

As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner committed gang rape with the victim and made video of the incident.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application and submits that victim has supported the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15077 of 2023(5) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 prosecution case in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C on 27.07.2021.

In view of the statement of the victim, recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
