2. The learned counsel for the BSFC submits that in compliance of the order dated 28.06.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3972 of 2016, The District Manager, Bihar State Food Corporation has passed the order contained in Memo No. 353 dated 08.04.2025, wherein the petitioner has been directed to make payment of Rs. 4,94,410/- along with 18% compound interest.

3. This Court finds that the opposite parties have complied the order dated 28.06.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.

Patna High Court MJC No.671 of 2019(10) dt.07-04-2026 2/2 3972 of 2016, in as much as vide Memo No. 353 dated 08.04.2025, the reasoned order has been passed.

4. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to assail the office order contain in Memo No. 353 dated 08.04.2025, if so desires. (Ritesh Kumar, J) AjayMishra/- U
