Petitioners seek bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 7 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 35 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners has no concern with the seized article. Petitioners have no criminal
