The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 353, 332, 504/34 and 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has created hindrance in discharging official duty. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14486 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2021. The name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is also accused in four other criminal cases which is not of similar nature as stated at Para. 3 of the bail petition.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 2nd, Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani, in connection with Madhepur P.S.
