2. Petitioner's counsel submits that the private respondents have been made the Gram Kachahari Sachiv in violation of the order passed in CWJC No 17669 of 2017 ( Rubi Kumari Reshmi vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) (Annexure-5) whereby the Court had directed for maintaining status quo and
Patna High Court CWJC No.3766 of 2023(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 as on the date of passing of the order dated 05.02.2018, the petitioner was Gram Kachahari Sachiv. The alleged violation of the court's order dated 05-02-2018, passed in CWJC No. 17669 of 2017 (Annexure-5), needless to say, is to be raised in appropriate proceedings.
3. With liberty, as aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
