The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Rajapakar P.S. Case No.154 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against petitioner no.1 to have caused Farsa injury and petitioner no.2 has caused injury by knife.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of
