JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 186 of 2017 dated 01.06.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have given a sword blow on the head of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, has drawn the attention of this Court to the injury report of the informant which reveals mere body pain and the injury has been found to be simple in nature. This, it has been argued, is an evidence in itself regarding false implication of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25524 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 186 of 2017.
