By the said order the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Heard learned counsel for the State.

It has been submitted that the petitioners have come after a period of eight years for modification of the order by which they were granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any merit to modify the order after a period of eight years. The modification application is, therefore, rejected.
