So far as petitioner no.2, namely, Mohan Sahni is concerned, heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant. Petitioner No. 2, namely, Mohan Sahni apprehends his arrest in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No.288 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 324, 325, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.25346 of 2021(3) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 Considering the fact that no serious injury has been caused upon Chandani Kumari upon whom the petitioner is said to have assaulted, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner no.2, namely, Mohan Sahni, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No.288 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
