The petitioner has filed this petition for recall of order dated 20-11-2014 passed in CWJC No. 20580 of 2011 on the ground that due to communication gap, the learned counsel of the petitioner made prayer for withdrawal of CWJC No. 20580 of 2011 and, therefore, the order dated 20-11-2014 passed in CWJC No. 20580 of 2011 should be recalled.

From perusal of the order dated 20-11-2014 passed in CWJC No. 20580 of 2011, I find that the above-said order was

Patna High Court MJC No.33 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 passed on the submission of the then, learned counsel of the petitioner and, therefore, in my view, there is no ground to recall the order dated 20-11-2014 passed in CWJC No. 20580 of 2011. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
