1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For Issuance of writ of mandamus by quashing the result dated 28.11.2023 for the post of Assistant Professor in the field of Radiotherapy in AIIMS, Patna where by letter no.-125 AIIMS/ Pat/Dir/2023 dated 28.11.2023, the authority of AIIMS, Patna has issued the result for the various faculty post on Direct Recruitment basis against Rolling Advertisement No. 2023/01 dated. 11/09/23 and also directing the respondent authority regarding appointment of the present petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.3755 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 the above mentioned post who has complied on the valid process of the advertisement.
(ii) For stay on appointment of Assistant Professor in the faculty of Radiotherapy by the Recruitment cell, AIIMS, Patna or To quash the appointment on the post of assistant professor in field during the pendency of this writ application"
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
