Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Allouli P.S. Case No.109 of 2017, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as other two co-accused, namely, Poonam Devi @ Punam Devi and Reena Devi have been admitted to bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court by orders dated 21.02.2018 and 20.09.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.62704 of 2017 and 28128 of 2017 respecitvely. Having considered the aforesaid facts, petitioner Dhaneshwar Choudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
