The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 3.10.2013 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 185 of 2004, G.fR. No. 1786 of 2004. In view of Annexure-6 which reveals the settlement of the dispute, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on his behalf.
