JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 455 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the offence under Section 392 and the allegation of the petitioner having looted the motorcycle and other materials, recovery is required to be made, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed.
