JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 8.9.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named
