Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bikramganj PS Case No. 48 of 2017, registered under Section 394 of the IPC. Submission is that the petitioner has been made accused on the basis of disclosure of his name in the confessional statement of the co-accused and the other material is two criminal antecedents out of which in one case he is on bail.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Sunil Singh @ Sunil Kumar @ Ghangudan Singh is directed to be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM lst, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj PS Case No. 48 of 2017.
