JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2025 On 05.09.2024 the following order was passed: "Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to file requisites for issuance of notice for substituted respondents as it appears from the office note dated 04.09.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to oversight, the requisites could not be filed and seeks last opportunity for the same.

3. In the light of the submission, learned counsel for the petitioner is granted last opportunity to file requisites for issuance of notice upon substituted respondents within three weeks, failing which the petition will be dismissed.
