JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-03-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 187 of 2019 dated 11.06.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the FIR and his complicity in the case has transpired in the confession of a co-accused person. There is no recovery from the petitioner and till date he has not been put on test identification parade.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2019 and in the earlier cases lodged against him, he is on bail. Considering the aforestated facts, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
